Papanastasiou & Co, has expertise in establishing licensed internet and/or telephone gaming businesses in Belize 's primary tax-free Export Processing Zone.

In partnership with other group companies, the firm offers a turn-key licensing and compliance package for internet and telephone operators and who wish to locate their businesses in Belize .

For an initial fee of US$30,000 we establish an operational company and apply for and obtain a Certificate of Compliance authorizing the company to conduct gaming business in Belize . This can be done in as little as one week. At the client's request we also apply for and obtain all necessary work and immigration permits, facilitate the importation of all necessary capital equipment for conducting the business and establish bank and credit card accounts.

The fee of US$30,000 also covers all out-of-pocket expenses and government or other disbursements including payment of the government licensing fee.

There is also an annual maintenance and compliance fee is US$25,000.00 and is payable one year after the date of purchase. This also covers all disbursements including payment of the annual license fee.

Since the operation would be sited in a duty free zone (Export Processing Zone), it would pay no income tax, no capital gains tax, and no sales or value added tax. Dividends paid by the company to its shareholders would be similarly exempt from tax. All capital equipment including service and utility vehicles, office furniture and equipment, etc. can be imported free of custom duties, consumption tax, excise taxes or any other tax. The operation would however, be required to make weekly Social Security contributions to the Social Security Board and to withhold income tax deductions from employees' salaries.
